Organizational Patterns

For this exercise, I’ll be discussing the Transition to Independence Process (TIP) model that aims to improve the lives of youth experiencing emotional and/or behavioral challenges. The company that sells this program is the Stars Training Academy, a behavioral health group that trains evidence-based practices to providers.

I love working with youth and have experience working with this model. On their website I found a document summarizing their model and the research and theory behind their success; which is use to sell their services. The document follows a partition organizational pattern describing the services as a whole in different categories.

Another document I found explains the process to implement the program; which follows a chronological order describing each step.

The third document I found was a brochure following a more important-to-less-important organizational pattern that tries to catch the readers eye.
